As @quagma said, please use a template- in this case and any case that comes after this... may it be another unban appeal, or a refund request... and so on
It makes the work for us and you will be better. As we don't need to trade any messenges back and forth and extra wait time on your request.

However, I will make an exception in this case since it's pretty crytal. However, I really do hope you have changed your skin far from what it was originally was and no longer offensive or we will have a forum topic like this again soon- Unbanned
