So after a some talking about my script in discord, we concluded that there could be only 2 problems. One of them is with the server:

Is there any server setting/script timing out CC scripts after a certain time or any other condition?

No, we have no such setting, what does your script do?

This is a issue with chunk loading once the chunk inloads the program needs to be reset unless you code it right , if this is still a issue tho make another post and someone will help T/C
