I payed a vip but no recived it i payed with my credit card but i didn't get it.

Check you email to see if you have a transaction ID or anything we can use.

Check the spam folder aswell, if it's not there it likely didn't go through.

Are you sure you're checking the right email account?

Ask your dad to give you the information about the purchase from his card from the bank the card is a part of. (In case you are 9 year old)

If you are 16-18+yo then provide trustful information about the purchase.(Transaction ID,paycheck,etc....)
