so i was moving plots in my town and i placed all my items into a draconic chest and i was moving and i went to get something from the chest so i placed it down and when i opened the chest all the items inside the chest were gone and ive been told i can just get a plot reset inside the town.

 

and i dont have proof ive also been told i need proof and i dont need proof.

This request was for a plot rollback, but apparently the entire town was rolled back.  A LOT of people lost items - some pretty big ticket items.  I am not sure what the best resolution is??  Do you want 3 days worth of rollback requests from the entire town?

Also, can you tell us if PLOT rollbacks are even possible?

not really, the rollback system is not precise so it's hard to do it by chunk, else we can refund lost items, sorry about the trouble
