I bought a rank on the wrong name....

Okay so I have spent over 70$ on this server. I lost my P+ rank so I bought sponsor... on the wrong account. I entered my name incorrectly and I have no way to get back to the old name. I still have the paypal receipt for any proof.... but yeah this is the second time i did it so... @brunyman please help me. I would like the new rank to be on akaElite (Tekkit Server) Sponsor
