Hi, you will need to provide proof of the purchase. The image you have shown is not a proper form of purchase proof as it provides no detail on the transaction.

If you could please check your emails for one from CraftersLand it will provide details of the purchase which will contain the name of the product you donated for, and its transaction ID.
