I just made a Premium purchase in Network Rank and they removed the Premium + Membership in pure survival that I already had, I require that they activate it again

What happened is, your P+ rank was overwritten when you bought Premium for all the network servers. Bruny can fix this very easily, you'll have to wait for him to respond.
