Ritual not working

Descrip: So, I am trying to do the pseudo-division sigil ritual, and when I kill the iron golem, nothing happens. I have read that you can't use tinkers construct tools, so I used a different weapon. It was to no avail. Also, I attemped to do the ritual last night, and it did say that the "seige" has started, but no mobs spawned whatsoever.

Any staff knows more about this issue?

I assume that server does not allow mobs to spawn because total entity count on server is upon its limit.

my bad, i just had to wait around for the mobs to spawn

So if there are few players on the server they spawn just fine?
