@Beh, this is an Inventory Rollback request not a Refund Request which you linked .

@PigArmey, you should post the time zone you are in as well as the time it was, 4:35 is could be anytime

Also, as Beh did mention you should copy and paste this template to make it easy on the staff (You should sort out those coordinates too). Inventory Rollbacks are done during maintenance on Mondays and Fridays (i believe), so unless you remember what items you had you will need to wait for it to be done. However if you do remember what items you had, change the topic to a Refund Request (this includes the topic title) and follow the template Beh linked.
