How do i install the modpack?

i have it downloaded but i dont know how to install it, please help me.

You have what downloaded?
Usually the modpack can be downloaded through FTB or Twitch Launchers, if you're cracked then Cracked FTB launcher.
Once you download the pack through one of these you should be able to just launch the game and play.
