ManYouForgot Posted November 8, 2018 Share Posted November 8, 2018 Hello @Mihi2000be, I'm sorry we do not have a rollback point for the time requested, the server crashed earlier and went to the last point we did have anything during that time cannot be restored. If you could make a list below instead for a refund request of the stuff you lost I would be glad to refund you anything you lost. This is the template for a refund request as well.
