I can't set up a filler

So i turned permission to modify ON in my town. But when I try to put a filler, it says "You cant modify the land here. Owner: NUTUN". 

I tried to find his town near by, but failed. Command /seen says he had been offline 24 days.

Can you do something about it?

What appears on /t map? He may be just close or it may have to do with MyTown compatibility.

I tried /t map. I didn't find any others towns near mine.

I checked everything but was unsuccessful in finding the cause for this error.

I will remove NUTUN's town.

Please report if the issue persists.

For this moment it is still the problem.  In other my towns i can put filler and quarry as well with no issue.

My apologies, in my rush I totally forgot to delete the town.

The best I can suggest in this case is trying to delete and make the town a-new. (The claim expenses will be refunded)

I did it!

I just renamed the town and its worked. Dont know why.
