So this guy claimed next to me in TA's village a while ago, I didnt think much of it as there's plenty of land. But 2 new guys came by and claimed right next to me without permission so am out of land to expand. I Dont have a problem with the new guys not taking permission but MaxLancer's base is inactive, its just a small wooden structure, (he is offline for 8 days now) i request a claim removal

First of all, this request would go under Claim removal in Technical support.

Unfortunately to remove a claim he would have to be inactive for a month. 

But are you saying that his claim is inside TA's town?  Can't the owner do anything?

Please provide the coordinates as well.
