Forgotten password/ "registration is not required" issue

Hello, I have a problem, I think i've already set a password but I haven't been here in years at least if at all and I can't login, and I can't register either as it says that I dont need to register... Me and a mate really wanna join, he finally got his account back after maybe 2 years and we just wanna play some tekkit

 

Please if I can just get the password reset that'd be amazing I can just make a new one and write it down this time haha!!
