But also, just for letting you know as I saw you don't probably know that since it's not the first time this happening... We have subforums about different kind of topics (Rank transfer, Password reset, Technical support) and once you click on them, there is a template above the page you should follow.

So you post the topics in the certain subforums(depending on what you want to do), following the templates.
