I assume it uses the `portal-use` flag. You can specify specific items/blocks as well.
So it would likely be /cf portal-use minecraft:player draconicevolution:portal true (*or whatever the draconic evo portal name ID is*)

Of course I didn't test this but I assume it is under portal-use.

There isn't much we can do, however, you can try to connect to our modded proxy server first then use the interface to connect to ddss. Use the IP: modded.craftersland.net

 

Another option would try to increase your read timeouts and login timeouts.

It would be in the modpack instances. Instances > DDSS > config > randompatches.cfg 

it will be at the bottom and look like `I:loginTimeout=6000`
