Unfortunately, without any evidence of harassment we are unable to act on this. However, we keep a close look at chat when staff is online, when staff isn't online it is best to keep chat logs or screenshots of actions like this for complaints.

Just to clear things up as I was slightly confused from your post. 

You lost draconic armor from attempting that automation ?? Or you lost the armor from breaking your chest? Or a “breaker” broke it? Why did you have a block breaker against a chest

Do you have a name for this player? We have rules in order to punish members with access that "grief" the claim:

[8] No Griefing Any Protected Territory:

• 1st offense = 7 days ban.
• 2nd offense = 14 days ban.
• 3rd offense = 28 days ban.
• 4th offense = 60 days ban.

Includes everything that changes the environment of claimed land. Includes any block, item, action, liquid, that can bypass protection. Includes Griefing of own Town if other members did not agree and worked hard.
