I worked alongside Isma back in the day and I can vouch for all the awesome work that he did as a staff member on Network. He's one of the most hard working, responsible and overall solid people I've met here. Although we don't know the specifics of the situation at this time, this sounds to me like it could be a misunderstanding of an incident that took place almost four years ago. Regardless, I expect that Management will look into it and might consider lifting the permanent ban if there's reasonable doubt surrounding the circumstances under which the punishment was carried out.

There's a possibility that @Amasadoracan't join the server at all. I tried to access their inv last night and it kicked me from the server. Looks like a corrupt inventory. We'll ask a Manager for help on this one.

Alright, what I'm going to suggest is an inventory rollback request. However, if you know exactly what you lost, you can submit an item refund request instead. Those are usually faster. I couldn't agree more with this. AC has always been about exploration and really pushing yourself to get to the end of all the amazing, intricate parkours we've put together over the years. I think it's important that we don't encourage cheating in any way, shape or form. Flying through the dungeons only spoils the experience and harms the server's economy in the long run. I'm not saying we're definitely making this change, but I will tell you that we're seriously considering it.

Player has been punished. As for the flying part, it was obviously used in a minor way simply to approach the other person and not during PvP whatsoever. To give you an example of how this rule is supposed to work, the OP would be in violation of said rule if he were to fly away mid fight, meaning after the two had engaged in PvP. T/C

I tried it myself many times and wasn't able to reproduce this behavior. Provided you don't have any recent evidence, we're not able to refund your item at this time.

Okay, here's the thing about deleting all of your content. Deleting posts breaks the flow of the archived conversation and it makes our archive incomplete. This is a problem for the freedom of expression and information. But Art.17(3) GDPR includes an exception to the right of erasure for this situation. So posts do not need to be deleted. However, profiles are not included in this exception. So they must be removed, but they can be pseudonymized. For example, we can replace your username with e.g. user89432 and remove all details from the profile. If other posts contain the nick of the author of an anonymized post, that is considered a journalistic, academic, artistic or literary expression, so Art. 85 GDPR would apply. So, the right of erasure does not apply to that. Bottom line: In order for us to protect the integrity and coherence of our community forums, we really only have to pseudonymize your account upon your request for deletion.

Is this resolved? If you're still not receiving your purchases, the next step would be to provide us with an IGN, transaction ID or other proof of purchase so it can be looked into further.

I just hope they make them considerably smaller before full release, looks a bit weird ?
