Thread moved to the Tekkit subforum. Could you please edit your original post and use this template? Thanks.

Hey bud! It's been a while.. good to see you around again ^_^
-
Hi, thanks for getting in touch. In this case, the best way to sort this out would be to make a ticket on our Discord server, right under #bug-reports. That'll get everyone's attention much faster and you can discuss the issue there privately. It also makes it easier for RAD staff to guide you through your crashing problem. You can use this link to join our Discord server if you haven't already. Take care.

@Jake Hi, really sorry for the late response. I see you have a Sponsor rank now; let me know if this prefix works for you. If it's good, I'll go ahead and apply it across the network.

Hi everyone, As you already know, we've always been quite flexible -dare I say, generous- with command requests. As long as the commands requested are reasonable, safe to use and don't mess with others' gameplay experience or affect server integrity/performance, there's a good chance that we'll end up granting them. In fact, there's one perk in particular that keeps coming up in command requests. It's none other than WorldEdit. Frequently asked for, we've been cool with giving people WorldEdit on our survival servers, even though it sort of defeats the purpose of a (pure) survival experience. However, during the last few months, we have been getting more and more reports of incidents involving abuse of WorldEdit permissions, to the point where it's now starting to get out of hand. In light of these circumstances, we no longer feel comfortable with giving people access to WorldEdit on any Vanilla server. As much as we don't want to disappoint those who have been using WorldEdit the right way, this change is necessary in order to protect our community from the ever-increasing number of abusive players that have been causing all sorts of trouble. To this end, we have removed WorldEdit from all Sponsors across the Vanilla Network and will no longer provide access to it. So, please keep this in mind when you post your next command request topic. You'll still be able to request other commands as usual. Thanks for your understanding. Regards, Jimmel, N3co_ Vanilla Admins

That's a pretty good idea actually. We should start using the articles page more, maybe make a tab for it in the navigation menu so it's easily accessible. It's a nice format for posting announcements and updates.

Lost all my stuff when I used the /spawn command
Jimmel replied to Kipjes2002's topic in Technical Support
Alright, what I'm going to suggest is an inventory rollback request. However, if you know exactly what you lost, you can submit an item refund request instead. Those are usually faster. Whatever you choose, you'll have to post here. Use one of the following templates depending on your request. Inventory rollback Item refund -

Hey! Really sorry to hear that. Please tell us what server this happened on, so we can assist you further. -
I couldn't agree more with this. AC has always been about exploration and really pushing yourself to get to the end of all the amazing, intricate parkours we've put together over the years. I think it's important that we don't encourage cheating in any way, shape or form. Flying through the dungeons only spoils the experience and harms the server's economy in the long run. I'm not saying we're definitely making this change, but I will tell you that we're seriously considering it.

Please provide the transaction ID in a DM to Epic as requested so we can try and assist you.

Thanks for pointing this out, should be fixed soon.

Hi @CreeperXX, please edit your topic and follow the proper template as shown below. Also, the correct path for these posts is: Modded Servers - RLCraft - Technical Support subforum.

That's some nice work, keep it up! -
It's still not in English.

Does this have anything to do with your last report? If you can't give us a name and some evidence of what happened, I'm afraid there's not much we can do to help you.
-
Granted, but you can no longer drive a car or anything else. I wish I didn't sweat so much in the summer.
-
What server is this for?
-
Well then I'd say it's a one-time thing.

Okay, here's the thing about deleting all of your content. Deleting posts breaks the flow of the archived conversation and it makes our archive incomplete. This is a problem for the freedom of expression and information. But Art.17(3) GDPR includes an exception to the right of erasure for this situation. So posts do not need to be deleted. However, profiles are not included in this exception. So they must be removed, but they can be pseudonymized. For example, we can replace your username with e.g. user89432 and remove all details from the profile. If other posts contain the nick of the author of an anonymized post, that is considered a journalistic, academic, artistic or literary expression, so Art. 85 GDPR would apply. So, the right of erasure does not apply to that. Bottom line: In order for us to protect the integrity and coherence of our community forums, we really only have to pseudonymize your account upon your request for deletion.

Hi, could you tell us what server you're playing on?
-
Is this resolved? If you're still not receiving your purchases, the next step would be to provide us with an IGN, transaction ID or other proof of purchase so it can be looked into further.
