Are Cc Chunkloaders Enabled?

I really don't want to waste an enchantment table, so are CC Chunkloaders actually enabled? I don't really get it when you just cross it out in the restricted items list.

Chunk loaders from Chicken Chunks are unbanned, just the player that places the chunk loader has to be online on the server in order for it to load chunks. And you can use the Minefactory Reloaded chunk loaders also, if you really want to sell your body parts in order to craft it.

Do the MFR chunk loaders load while players are offline though ?

No otherwise it would make the server unstable.

problem is that will load a lot of chunks from all players and create server lag
