Chunk_Reloader has a mystcraft world that i like to visit and get ores from but i cant tp to it can i be able to set one of my homes in his world and actually be able to teleport there.

Why not just use a linking book?

Make a linking book, make a nether portal out of Crystal blocks, place a book in a recepticle on it.

If he doesn't allow you to teleport there... then he has a reason. Mostly him being Sponsor and having access to creative items and world edit there.
