Block Logger

I don't think there is to much to explain. A block logger would be nice so we can see who did what if someone perhaps got griefed. Could be handy for multiple servers if not all in my opinion.

This would be useful but also usless, it would use a Insane amount of storage to log each block on the server aswell as lagging it too, most block loggers dont support modded blocks and cant be used outside of console, the list of issues it would create is much larger than the amount it would eradicate.
