When I was doing awakened draconium my dragon hearth disappeared in the middle of awakening process. Later I was trying to set up the tallow golem but when I placet it on the ground it disappeared too.

So everything what I lost last days is: Dragon Hearth, Tallow Golem, Golem Animation Core (Alchemy). Could I get this items refunded?

time/date: the golem was last seen today and dragon heart a couple of days ago.

I also would like to know what cause this items disappearing and if I can do something to avoid it in the future.

and also my two Swords of the Zephyr disappeared when I was trying to do binding ritual but it was probably my fault not server
