Hello, I bought mi premium rank and I was supposed to get 3 Legendary Crate Keys.
6 Vote Crate Keys.
$4000 in-game money.
40 XP levels.
But I didn't recive them
So, could I have them now, please?

Sounds like this is for the pure survival server, Premium membership. Correct?

Did you get everything else? (Rank, prefix, commands). Is it possible your inventory was full at the time?

It says at the time of you buying you have to be logged on at the time of purchase.

"Notice: You must be online to receive your Rank! It may take up to 5 - 10 min for the order to be processed!"
