More Towny Perms/Control

Alright, I like having the town I currently have: Imperia

However, the town is getting pretty big, and I can not manage certain things due to 1: the perm either not existing, or 2: not showing until configured to do so in a config file. I'm not sure which, but i'm hoping it is the second one.

Example 1: Anyone in my town is able to invite people, I do not like it, never have, and I believe the Assistant role exist for features like that.
Example 2: Anyone in my town is also able to make a plot, which I am very against as they can also turn on disallow entering which makes me have to unclaim and reclaim the chunk in order to manage certain things or deal with issues as they occur.
Example 3: Residents can change the perms in their plots, which for the most part I don't mind except the entering perm which can really be a pain, especially if the person has left the server and I would then need to call staff just to remove their plot.
Example 4: I can't make custom roles, say a trusted role where I allow those people to invite others into the town or make their own plots, etc.
Example 5: I can't turn on access only for only town members in plots, rather than everyone meaning I can't make an area of which I don't want Residents to modify, but only access without allowing everyone in the server to access it as well.

I have seen at least the first 4 examples be allowed in other servers with towny, although not the last one, but if you can add in that last one as well, kudos to you.

I would really appreciate it if these were made configurable in towny as then it makes managing a big town much easier as you don't have random people being invited into your city without your permission or the Assistants of the town permission and etc.

P.S: What happened to nations as that is usually standard in towny, would love to see that.
I also don't know about the other servers or how towny is with those servers, otherwise I would of posted this in Modded Server suggestions rather than IE suggestions

A suggestion I thought for maybe the 5th one is to kind of use the format of the restrictions perm which dissallows doing anything in a town except within a plot even as a town member, and create a new perm like it so that it does the same thing except allows access and only removes the building function as well as adding the perm in plots. I know this could be coded in, but I know how complex coding things can be, even if it seems simple. But it is a way I thought of if you think to add it.

"mytown.cmd.assistant.ranks.add" : perm to add custom rank.
"mytown.cmd.assistant.ranks.remove" : perm to remove custom rank
"mytown.cmd.assistant.ranks.perm.add|remove" : perm to add or remove perms from rank(would fix plot issue)
"mytown.cmd.assistant.ranks.set" : perm to set rank rather than using promote.
"mytown.cmd.assistant.ranks.perm.list" : perm to list perms of other ranks in town.
"mytown.cmd.asssistant.ranks.reset" : perm to reset perms of other ranks in town.
"mytown.cmd.everyone.ranks.list" : perm to list all ranks in town

This will give me the ability to manage ranks including the resident rank and would allow me to fix the problem with residents being able to make plots.
This is all I can find though in terms of my problem described above.

If you wouldn't mind, maybe I could try to find a replacement towny plugin???

should stay staff only since those change the global ranks and not only in the town u are in right now

"mytown.cmd.assistant.ranks.set" : perm to set rank rather than using promote.

this one is used to set ppl into a town and should stay a staff only command since it can set EVERYONE in EVERY town on the server

"mytown.cmd.asssistant.ranks.reset" : perm to reset perms of other ranks in town.

is like all other above and is a global command so reseting ranks would reset the rank on each town and not only 1.

have you checked out towny advanced?

I'm not sure of the compatibility with FTB INF but i know it worked well on tekkit.

Here is the main page of it: http://towny.palmergames.com/

config doc: http://towny.palmergames.com/towny/towny-config-yml/

I've also found this, and the creator states it is like towny advanced, when you got time you can compare them.

Nations 2.5: https://forums.spongepowered.org/t/earth-africa-nations-v2-5-towny-like-protection-plugin/12127

and the towny advanced link again for easy comparision: http://towny.palmergames.com/

I've also found Mytown, which is actually by a different creator than Mytown 2 it seems, and has a lot of the features missing in Mytown2 by the looks of it.

Here is the link: http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding-java-edition/minecraft-mods/1287586-1-4-6-1-5-1-mytown-aperf-server-protection-and

Hi, well, MyTown mod is for forge 1.6.4, MyTown2 for 1.7.10 and Towny is an old bukkit plugin, i can see it was ported for sponge too, problem is our server is running on Forge 1.7.10 on Cauldron platform, we got MyTown2 because it's a mod not a plugin and can better check what mods do to protect your land, a plugin has more limits.
