Don't sweat it man, his ban record is relatively clean. Attitude or not, if he abuses the commands he knows what's going to happen.
There's a reason why we don't give world edit as a standard perk @ihax4uv1. Should be fairly obvious because of the requirements needed to request commands. Not all sponsors like to have a clean ban record as you've noticed.
