need help getting my inventory back after dying in spawn

i was flying in the end yesterday around 11pm and did /spawn and for some reason i instantly died after the tp and my grave disapeared. I was wondering if u can help me get my stuff back. And on another note yesterday i requested the free daily reward and never got it for some reason

post a list of items lost for refund or else for rollback please leave your inventory empty when you leave the game as that will overwrite your existing inventory
