Reason for Request*: So i can make lvl 10 efficiency/fortune/etc tools since i no longer can with NEI

Is this really necessary ? 

I don’t like giving access to the unsafe permission, as it is.. well.. unsafe :P.

There is no limits to it, it’ll let you enchant up to 128, and any enchant on any item.

will the other one let me do ones up to 10 and the any enchant any item was the NEI feature too

It worked... Sort of.

It says i do not have permission for each individual enchant

I think this might fix it according to what i found via google
- essentials.enchant.*
