I'd also like to add that the fact that your dimension had collapsed was irrelevant. What killed you was that your matter receiver ran out of power. 

 

Also, if you two can recall what items you lost, you'd probably be able to file a refund request. They get processed faster.

Our matter receiver was full of power but we were visiting someone elses dimension, thats why we had phase field generators equipped
