Add Runic Dungeon Magical Chalk to spawn

The only way to obtain the Magical Chalk to make Magical Staff and comes Runic dungeon is looting the temples. However with players come after wipe for a while finding this chalk is not easy because players come first has already obtained and use it. So I suggest to sell this item at spawn with price about 500-750 per 3 chalks so anyone can buy it but not for a starter

Should cost more imo Runic Dungeons have alot of loot.

And there's several methods to get more Deep darks fortresses, Blacksmith Chests in Villages, Abandoned Mineshafts, I belive aromas mining world has Villages as do Rftools dims. 

 

I'd say probably 500 a piece in the spawn store.
