Hi my ingame name is Seanju. My name when is started playing in this server was SebiSeanju. I recently noticed that I had my sponsor rank taken away. I have been inactive in the server so I was wondering if that was the case of the rank being gone. If someone could help it would be greatly appreciated. And my TheRealSebiSeanju account is locked i don't know what happened.

That's not how it works, you have to wait for a Manager to check tech support. Posting more topics about your issue won't speed things up.

I found the Payment etc but I need more proof if you owning both accounts.

What's this locked account? Do you need a password reset or are you locked from Moajang?

This is meant to be a rank transfer topic or a reactivation?

So i managed to get my account on this website. I just had to change the password. I tried to change it before but it said it was locked. 1 problem solved now i need to recover my rank in the server. And that Seanju account it was me just to clarify.
