You have assigned 4GB ram to your Java, you have always used that amount or did you have this problem only recent?

I'd recommend to try lowering the max amount of RAM assigned to Java, that might fix it.

Your problem is that you either don't use a 64-bit version of Java, or you simply don't have 4gb of ram on your computer. in that case you need to lower it.
