If you know the items you had with you when you died you can make a refund request here, otherwise you can get your inventory rolledback to the last save before your death. Once you have chosen what you want to do put it on your post title.

Please follow the Refund Request template for faster replies, even then in the refund request you'd need to put the items that you lost if you remember them.

 

If you lost tools or progress in machines that you had in your inventory you might wanna do an Inventory Rollback request, which restores your inventory to a time the server saved your stuff.
 

 

When you decide on which refund you want to proceed with make another post following the templates.
