Description of Issue: i remove some deep storage units so was the smelting system for replace it and the server restart or something delete some of the items you can watch the video and see i look and i dont know where them was or going so can you guys pleace refind them ?

Refund what? If you need another refund you will need to make a post for that. And your second post is not legible.
Do you still need your town rollback? And if so I will need a Time/Date everything when everything was fine. 
As you copied a Refund Request template and filled it out as a Rollback Request.
