Market needs improvement

I bought a Market Upgrade for real money and i realized its completely bugged, i cant turn pages in it. My upgrade means basically nothing i bought, cause i cant sell my items.

How can’t you sell items? Could you explain a little bit more?

The first page can be turned by clicking a couple times as the plugin is a bit buggy.

 

Adding items to market, however, is done throughout a command,

I accidently clicked the return all items, i had a nearly full inventory so all of the rest of the items are gone(Ankh Shield, Adv prot 4 book, Dwarf Ring. etc.)
The first page doesnt turn if you click it and we have to tell every new player this instead of a fix. So my sales are probbabbly lower then it could be.
Clicking sorting buggs it out aswell.

To be honest, it's not really the server's problem nor responsibility because you had a full inventory at the time you clicked ''Return all items''. 

Also, you have to have in mind that the listings are removed after 7 days they have been listed.

So next time be more careful.

P.S. If someone really wants to see the market, he'll just keep clicking ''Next page''.

We've given word to managers about the plugin issues, however it is unclear if and when they may be fixed.

One thing that could help with the situation overall is only selling necessary gameplay items, not stone bricks etc. as i've seen others do, as not overflooding with the same offer 10 times, as they do get taken out of sale and are returned to the owner after 7 days.

You are a bit too far gone with the dodging responsibility part of this issue. Marketplace as it is right now is bugged and completely jack shit. If you need ideas how to make it better i have a ton, but its really sad if this is the best you can do.
I wonder how many times you push a button or click something you didnt really want to... For example what would you do, if you would accidently clicked on a button and it would delete your balance on ur bank account. And the bank staff would say, well its ur responsibility, you clicked on it. There is a reason where software asks a second time that "are you sure"? because there are times when you simply have a muscle twitch on ur finger or something.

Also to cow, a server should have a free economy based on demand and supply as any market, thats the best way it can grow and satisfy more people.
You cant just tell "dont too much stuff on it".
It should have a Filter function, so that people can check for things they need.
Marketplace as it is currently is a sad excuse for one.

Your answers clearly showed no proper motivation in the management of this server so im out.

Sorry for the lost items, if you post a list of what you lost we can refund them. As of the plugin bug, it's a third party software, we will have some updates for it in the near future, so far on some servers the pages duplicate themselves, we will try to get the developer to fix this or fix it ourselves if possible.

The duplicate page issue is now patched, also fixed expire display time to show above 24h.

I also included some official fixes:

• Now support reloading the config.
• Added basic command to view currernt tax /um info
• No more errors in console when running some commands from console.
• If your inventory is full you can't buy or remove listings.
• Fixed negative price bug 
• A owner can not remove their listing if someones already bought it.

If you want us to refund your lost items just post a list of lost stuff.

I actually dont care too much about the items and i dont even know the complete list, i just wanted to make the market better.

Let me know if your listing limit works fine, I had some complaints that it was only using the default limit of 5 listings, and I did another update for this issue.
