Commands added

Lightning, Spawner cannot be added. And not sure what disposal is you have /clear and /ci to clear your inventory if needed.

You should already have:

Time (/day /night)

Flight (/fly)

Weather (/weather /toggledownfall)

Also please note any abuse of these commands will result in removal, and future command requests will be denied, all usage is logged.
