From the looks of it, you think the time on the grave `00:03 12/04/2020` is your time. This is in fact, the server time, which is GMT +2. This means you died at `23:03 11/04/2020`. This is unfortunate. I imagine you are a new player? Correct? The save we have for your player data is at `23:19 11/04/2020` which is after your death. We do not have a save before this time. Do you roughly remember what items you had? You will need to request a refund to get these back, since a rollback cannot be made.

For now, I have reset your EMC. However, it seems as though your knowledge cannot be reset unless you are online. Message me on Discord (Jord#7764) (Or click on my name in the Staff menu on Discord) when you are online, same with your friend.

Are you sure you got the Date and Time correct? The time you specified is after the time you posted this topic??

Due to the delay for a response, I have done this rollback. However, in the future, a natural death due to natural game mechanics is not a valid reason for a rollback. (Don't stand on saplings when going AFK) We offer rollbacks as an option to gain items back lost through events caused by the server, or are unnatural. For example, teleporting to spawn and then suffocating. Or being unable to obtain your items from a claim. Please keep this in mind.

Same as the rank transfer. If you provide an incorrect username, it makes this a much longer process. I'm not sure why you have trouble with Z and S but I ain't questioning your understanding. Disregarding the incorrect name, I believe the command you really want is /time set to change the server time. I have added the command.
