It's first time i'm seeing something like that happen on it's own, unless you are in a bugged area or someone is stealing your stuff. If this continues try moving to a different area

The creative sponge can be acquired as rare reward from quests. Flux is part of gameplay and adding an easily obtainable sponge would trivialize part of the mod. Since excessive flux isn't an issue on the server I don't see a reason to add the sponge to the store. If you are afraid of someone releasing large amounts of flux just outside of your claim, this is considered griefing and you can report it if anything like that happens

MC Eternal is not a hardcore oriented pack so it will have this and similar features mostly disabled. Unless it gets enabled by the modpack author in a future update we won't be enabling this option

As HappyN0x said it can be made in the crafting grid using metal dusts and bucket of destabilized redstone, this recipe can be automated using ME fluid asseblers. Energetic alloy recipe was added because the only other alternative is buggy alloy smelter which is inconsistent and borderline unsuitable for automation and arc furnace, which is hard to fully automate because of the needed arc furnace electrodes. Signalum doesn't have such issues and is easy to automate, the recipe won't be added.

There is no proof in your screenshots that mentioned players did any of this, however after my own investigation i discovered that snobyby was using cheats and therefore was punished accordingly.

as a workaround for this issue all recipes using the upgrade template were modified to use any drawer in it's place, because of how the change is implemented you won't see the recipe in game, nor will you see the crafting output. You have to use regular crafting recipe but replace the upgrade template item with any drawer and then click on emtpy crafting output to get the item. AE2 molecular assemblers and other means of autocrafting should be able to use the new recipe without any issues
