It's first time i'm seeing something like that happen on it's own, unless you are in a bugged area or someone is stealing your stuff. If this continues try moving to a different area

Quarries have large radius in which they check for other towns to prevent griefing. Besides you are supposed to use quarries in mining world or deep dark instead of overworld T/C

You were banned for rule 2 which is bug abusing, this has nothing to do with gifting of creatively influenced items. If you wanted the ring you should just spawn it in instead of spawning in all the ingredients for it and crafting in in survival to effectively get rid of the "spawned in" tag. This was a clear attempt at circumventing the restrictions of creative spawned items. I don't see anything else to discuss here. Unban request denied
