I'll be quick. All the Vanilla Staff wants to open a Factions server! But our main decision have to be: Which version will be use? 
We are thinking about using the 1.18/1.17.1 (lastest ones) or 1.8 as the old factions we had!
So, we are here to ask u and do a poll to see what all of u guys think!
 
 
For some players who don't know what "Factions" is:
"Factions is a Minecraft plugin that, due to its complexity and functions, could be considered a game mode in itself. It allows to create a complete PVP based server with lots of functions and configurable features. Its name comes from the English FACTION or clan. This plugin allows the creation of clans to have a protected base in common and to be able to attack other enemies together."
Some features: 
"- Creation of Factions with invitations, ranks and permissions
- Protection of zones by chunks (16x16x254)
- Relationship system between factions: enemies, allies and neutrals.
- Power system (power) that is gained by spending time on the server and is lost by dying. Power allows you to protect more areas.
- Creation of safe zones (safezone) and war zones (warzone) with special characteristics
- Chat settings to show faction ranks and status"

[7] Your Reason:  The MiniTerm staff gave me a 10 day ban corresponding to the 4th offense, the thing is that I only have 1 offense, and with this one now it would be added to 2. Then I will leave the evidence for you to see.

CONCLUSION:   It corresponds to me 5 days of ban (counting the time that I have already been ban hehe)

Some interesting facts:  The staff got wrong and gave me a '' Kick '' and didn't even bother to erase it, leaving my history even dirtier, and in my previous ban they also messed up and gave me more warns, and sometime again I also got it. He has filled out the history more than the account, and he has not even bothered to eliminate his mistakes.

Hi. About your case you have all the reason, you didn't got an written warning and the staff didn't do it. But you must remember ban register are not all the proofs a staff member can have. I remember a lot of times warning you about spamming and unapropiate names, you already know about the rules, don't forget that. @Matix1000 and @CursedEmperor if you want to report some staff member please do a post, stop spaming in post that are not for get opinions.

I will highlight this point in particular.  Dude, you can't count from that date. That's more than 3 years of difference and yeah, they (staff) are supposed to give some kind of advice like "1/3, stop doing that or you are going  to get punished", no matter the quantity of "strikes"*.
 

t is very funny that you get banned for attacking the stability of the server when all you have to do is send messages with the & k for 5 seconds, We all know that any type of spam is punishable with a warn, but apparently these novice staffs are they have to study the rules yet.
