My launcher quit working, goes through the motions just won't actually start loading the game??????

Have not been on in quite a while. Got on one night and logged out , tried to get back on and could not. Migrated to Microsoft and still cannot get onto server. launcher boots up and when I select multi player and try to join server it shows red X.

OK, I realized I was a total idiot and fixed the problem, ignore my feeble pleas for assistance!

For some reason i am not able to tell if it is 32 or 64 bit, in control panel it has a 32 bit icon, when removed and installed java there was not anyway I could tell if it was installing 64 bit. Whenever I had this issue before and went to java website it always stated if it was 32 or 64 bit. Changed ram in options and got this, Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM warning: ignoring option MaxPermSize=256M; support was removed in 8.0 Error occurred during initialization of VM Could not reserve enough space for 2560000KB object heap

I had to go to control panel to check, I guess its 32 bit, if so should i install 64 bit and i have 16 gig ram

I need help, launcher wont load game, gives errors, Downloaded new launcher and it gives me the following errors: Invalid maximum heap size: -Xmx4096M The specified size exceeds the maximum representable size. Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine. Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit. Does Norton pose a problem? Can you help?

I am not getting any daily rewards, have not been for awhile. I have not been getting any of my purchases either, can you tell me why?

I am not receiving my rewards, or anything else.
