Making this suggestion to revamp vote/legendary/mystic crates since some rewards, their value, their accessability seem outbalanced and some stuff dont even make sense.
I played this modpack for years and i know all abouth how easy or hard it is to access certain things. This includes in this server.

Vote Crates (wich should support ur everyday needs, cuz how much in bulk we get keys):
Things to remove: Nether Star, Miners ring, Ghast tears, Enderstaff, summoning staffs.
Things to add:  Scarlite ring, XP bottles(8), Ice armor
 
Legendary Crates (not quite common, can get only 1-3 keys per day depending on how much ppl vote and how much u vote)
Things to remove: XP supply, Netpunium sword, Obsidian skull, Cross necklace, Scarlite ring, Dragon bones, Archeologist hat, Ravanging ingots.
Things to add: Nether star (12)
Things to balance: 128 bones into 64 bones, enchanted medkit bundle from 5 to 1, no bandages PLS
 
Mystic crate (currently way to hard to obtain key for so little reward or none at all)
Things to remove: 8 legendary key bundle, 32 Vote key bundle, 39 vote key bundle, 22 Vote key bundle, 2500$ cash bundle
Things to add: Antidote Vessel, Feral Claws, Mechanical Glove, Magma stone
Things to balance: Ankh shield/charm bundle should make a bundle of Cobalt Shield/Obsidian skull/Ankh charm
 
 
I can explain all of the reason why i would suggest the change.
Currently its so easy to make a Regeneration potion ring out of all the mats u get from vote crate, hence why the switch of nether star and scarlite ring so make a game a bit more challangeing atleast it early mid game, so not go give people opportunity to feel invicible in day one by just voting a bit.
We have no need of ender staffs, summons staffs. Ender staff is like giving a brand new car to drive and let 5 year old use it, causing so many deaths and accidents happen daily and every hour. Summoning staff are just pointless to have at all, since u cant summon anything until ur late game already. rendering them out meta. Miners rings has no  point to having it.
 
XP bottle in a legendary crate wich is alrdy easy to gain from any kind of structure. killing some few mobs alrdy gains u enough of the amount u can gain from 32 bottles. Battle towers give plenty of them alrdy. We dont need obsidian skull there, it simply dosent give anything at all, meta is either 0% fire resistance or 100% resistance, 50% provides nothing at all. Cross neckalce u can find to much in everywhere in the structures. Archeologist hat dosent work in rlcraft, so its basically same as having iron helm. Ravanging ingots have no use for anything in current meta of rlcraft. Having ppl experience.
 
Mystic crates are bit wierd ones, while mystic key is so rare to get, maybe u get 1 every 2 weeks or something, with currently when legendary has so many items in its roll that u barely ever get mystic crate, makes items from mystic chest way to desireable to get. Hence why id like to remove 3 bundles from it. Having 2.5k is pointless when legendary crate alrdy have 2k bundle. Getting the worth of legendary key from a mystic key is just a dissapointment and lose a player. 39 vote keys, do u wanna burn out and make ppl deaf with the rolling sound, it takes abouth 10 minutes to use 39 vote keys ... wich dosent even give anything for a player that is already at mid/late game. Dont make player buy a mystic key just to get vote keys and get nothing from it, u lose a client, Remove all vote keys from mystic chest, we dont need to go through all the horror or doing vote keys again wich take forever to use. Things to add section is a bit wierd, while i know that mimic items should be rare and still stay mimic loot only, thats only a suggestion, but these 3 items are rare enough to aid a player with their adventure. Ankh Shield bundle should be reworked into a version where person can choose, do they want it as ankh charm or ankh shield, hence why cobalt shield and obsidian shield be in there.
This all fix issues and help ppl even vote more or buy more, to make them feel getting atleast rewarded for either playing alot for effort or buying. Mystic chest feels totaly a gacha chest wich is to expensive for 90% of it being nothing or just dissapointment.

That would make sense if all spawn shops worked that way. But, when cave crystals came up for the spawn shop one of the questions the managers asked is does it affect progression or is it to easy to get already. If an item falls in one of those two categories they tend to say no. Why wool and most of the ores etc ur asking would probably not be added. But, i'm a mod so keep in mind i don't have final say. Also with the changes in 2.9.2c whenever we update some of the other items that were in ur list above become common. Therefore by the criteria i knew last for the spawn shop would be denied.

Would depend on the ones u considered. Useless. If its the cave crystals you'll get some resistance since you can't get those in raid world. Also unless they changed it they won't add anything thats considered to easy to get. So i can straight up tell u that more than likely several of the things u listed will be denied. For example why add glass and bottles when theres sand at spawn. Makes no sense. Theres almost always plenty of sheep in raid world i can attest to that. I've been selling bandages for 50 a stack and made a killing. Only recently started a tiny lil sheep farm for shearing. 

We do have a lag clear. Unfortunatly dropped items in rlcraft do cause memory leaks and the lycanite tools pickaxe/shovel can destroy enough blocks to slow down even a beefier rig. We increased the threshold of the lag clear awhile back cause it was clearing peoples items as soon as they would die. The new parameters gives players in these circumstance an increased chance of reobtaining there items.

The player Time4Taxes has been punished accordingly, thanks for the report and the confession.

This is not a server issue we wipe Lost cities around the beginning of every month. There will never be a warning. As we usually recommend the only world anyone should be storing there good stuff is the main overworld.

Also wipe info is wrong you updated to 2.9.1c in march it hasn't wiped since xmas week 2021!!!!

I see the way it was phrased made it sound like you lost flight altogethor. At least to me. 

The dragon effect draining your mp even with /fly. Sadly there is nothing we can do about this.

Sticky is disabled on the server mobs can't yank your items.

The void does not one shot kill. It takes a few hearts at a time with that kind of armor. Refund Decline. As person had more than ample time to use /home, /spawn, and/or /warp to avoid death in the first place.

Alright sorry for the late post. The aesthetic changes I wanted to make to the arena took a little longer than I predicted but they are done. 
 
The Tourney will be at 9pm central standard time this time. 
 
It will be diamond tourney again since the last diamond tourney was canceled due to, to much confusion in the stands with fighting. That being said if that happens this time around anyone and potentially everyone who is Fighting in the stands will be immediatly hit with Server rule 2. The only people who should be throwing down are those who are about to battle inside the arena not in the stands. 
The above being said the only stuff that spectators should be bringing is some water and food. Only armor that any spectator should be wearing should have something to do with hot or cold temperatures.
Also if you decide to bring your items to the arena instead of leaving them at home you will be forfeit of both a refund and rollback request should anything happen to them.
  If you are participating ensure you have around 1 hour of time for the tourney (the time will be different based on how many are competing if its around 10 it will take around 30min to an hour). Last time we literally had every victor of there first round quit. You do not join a tourney for one round of pvp folks. If u can't stay for it thats fine don't sign up please. I will be trying to pick a day on the weekend for people to just duel so that people with less time can still use the arena.

 What do you need to bring?  nothing empty out your inventory and bauble slots.Everything will be provided to you the weapons, armor, and even a potion of normalization if you are something other than human.
 Are there any requirements?  Yes you need to be able to wear and use diamond grade weapons and armor.

First place prize is a set of golem armor with your choice of one of the 4 race rings shown, a neptunium ingot and 8 xp tomes!

 
Second place is a set of ice dragon armor along with 6 xp tomes!

 
Third place is a set of fire dragon armor along with 3 xp tomes!
 

 
  If the time is to late for you this time don't fret I will be preparing next thursday for a 2 tourney day. Probably a redo of iron and diamond brackets or one will be unenchanted dragon tier. I havn't decided yet. Since the arena as far as i'm concerned is pretty much finished we shouldn't have anymore building delays. I can focus more on procuring more prizes.

Some additions that I would like to see implemented would be for the market place to be changed a little bit. To specify I would like for the prices to be fairly listed, and an option to buy the items in stacks. If possible I would also like for it to have an option for the player to sell that item back to the server in turn too. (This would help with the server economy and money issue since as of yet the only way to get money is buy selling items or services, or voting.) Another suggestion that I have is for there to be more events/challenges that they player base and staff team can interact with. (By certain events I mean things like parkour challenges, pvp matches, tnt runs, snowball fights, elimination matches of sorts.) The events would be very easy to make and would just require minimal building and supervision by staff members. Some might require the use of a command block but that is very unlikely since Redstone can be easily be used in that situation. This would help boost interactions with players and staff members, plus it would help deviate from the rlcraft experience and be a sperate addition that will be one of a kind from other servers. This would also be a fun way for the community to get together and have fun, and try to win prizes/money. (inspiration for this came from CrazyFlyGuy's pvp arena)

I am definitly wanting to see more events the primary problem for me is i don't consider myself that awesome of a builder. The pvp arena was constructed by wargod and i've been modifying it. Technically a basic design. I have been trying to encourage players to start up there own events as they mainly need staff to supervise the event.

 Of the ones you listed above i'm definitly down for some parkour as we have enchants that make it interesting. We had a guy with a parkour course but he's inactive atm. Was a doable course if you had the enchants. 

I've been hoping for perhaps some maze events, treasure hunting events, the obstacle challenge sounds interesting especially with all the stuff we can use in rlcraft to make the challenges, and i've been debating on either making myself or asking someone to make a king of the hill spot and/or a free for all arena where we can get 10-20 people and just let'm loose for chaotic fighting. 
 
Atm i have thursdays off here in the states, central time zone, I also don't have to be into work till 4pm cst on saturdays and sundays so if ur wanting to do it over the weekend anytime before 3pm would be good. 
 If you do build something for an event and/or want to but don't want to host it. Just send me some dms via discord and we'll work out the event, rules, prizes, etc, and then i can host and oversee it.  Keep in mind I haven't confirmed this yet but i have heard that the prize limit cannot exceed 10k. I will see if this is true over the next week or two and see if i can convince them to raise it to 20-50kish as most of us on the server know prices flux and some drop and never really come back up. That would at least give a bit more flexibility to the prizes between upgraded weapons/armor and outright cash prizes. I do not beleive this counts any secondary sources for example if prizes were already listed and someone not part of the event setup goes "i'll give first place 50k", I beleive at this time then that would be fine. I will get a confirmation on that as well just in case.

Yea me and wargod have already started some preliminary talks. He's working on an arena atm. We pretty much agree that atomic and nunchukus are too op for the majority of the brackets which atm i think the first couple of brackets we come up with shouldn't allow enchants anyway.
  We may allow them in a special bracket like i mentioned above where something thats normally not allowed would be. Other reason on the nunchukus is that if they were allowed that would be almost the only item we would see everyone use and I would like to see people using a wider range of weapons.

I'm hoping to start maybe doing a bracket style pvp tournament on the one day off I have along with other events folks might make. This post tho is for folks who would like to join in on a pvp tourney and what rules we should have, arena styles we should have to help with the first part, and any items we should make sure folks aren't using in regular tourneys. If we do later on specialized tourneys like underwater or a focus on parkour for examples then we might allow something that wouldn't be in a regular tourney.

2nd what kinda categories we should have. I don't expect there to be tons of folks wanting in, but example would be like iron category for those wearing iron only, with others up to and potentially including those with fully geared dragon/golem.  I'm not gonna necessarily host every category sameday. What we might do is see whose on at the time and go with the weight categories appropriate for that time also we might even do like my timewise an early tournement and a lateday tourney to help let folks that can't make one time maybe make the other.
 
I'm hoping we can have our first rounds by either mid or late this month.
 
The main reason for something like the iron category is not just for newer players but those who may not hardly ever pvp at all. To help get them a bit interested especially if the stuff they are risking is something easily replaceable like iron, unechanted armor's, etc.
