WE perm added, make sure you use it on small areas at a time. Any abuse will result in loss of ability to request extra commands. For time, you should be able to use NEI change time feature, or you still want the command?

In addition, my nei looks like this (i dont have time, only have gamemode, magnet, and heal)

@brunyman also adding that the nei doesn't have weather controls as well. 

also, can i request /v as well? (same reason as sebas, to avoid nonsense?)
