Bad_Wolf_Bay
I was recently banned for duping and was also found innocent and unbanned. HOWEVER...when I logged back on my whole main city that I'm mayor of, is gone. I would like a rollback to 6/15/17...any time of that day. If possible (and I doubt it is), I would like and explanation why my base was wiped...an explanation by someone who is able to view the server log files. Thank you, Bad_Wolf_Bay
Henk
Greetings. I'm not fully engaged in the incident, but in the usual case of duping we follow this rule: [2] No Bug Abuse/Exploiting Bugs: 1st offense = 2 day ban. 2nd offense = 7 day ban. 3rd offense = 14 day ban. 4th offense = 28 day ban. Includes but is not limited to bypassing any punishment, duping, or glitching.WARNING: If you are caught duping your base will be regenerated. And if you notice the red message it means that the base will be regenerated, which is why you need to be wary of who you invite to your town, from what I'm gathering here you were cleared from the incident because you hadn't been on? But duping still happened inside your town did it not...? And that's why it's gone. And for the record, to ask for a rollback you need to do a formal rollback request that follow the template you can find under " Technical support "

Bad_Wolf_Bay
It wasnt my town i founded, it was another town that i am a simple member of. And rules mean nothing if there's no one to verify the log files. And thank you for the rollback.
