Towns too close

Hello Server Admins,

       There are two towns that are too close to mine. I can not claim chucks that I would like to claim because of these towns. The towns are DBU and VillainsNumber. Both towns only have one person. DBU- Neleffub. Villainsnumberone - LazyRobbieRotten. Neleffub has been offline for 4 months and 18 days. While lazyrobbierotten has been offline for 5 months and fifteen days. I was wondering if someone could delete these towns so I could claim the area I would like to claim. Thank you,
