Suggestion about Refund Request name change.

-just read someones refund request- I feel like the "Refund request" name implies something other than item refunds, I was confused when i first came that people were given their money back for having purchased something, but it turns out it is an item refund request. Maybe it could be changed to "Item Refund Request"? Just a suggest, nothing huge. Thanks.

You can clearly see in the template it asks for Item ID and Name

There are some issues with rollback request, sometimes I don't know if it's inventory or base

Perhaps we should add a 2nd template for inventory rollback- instead of using the template for rollback requests- Because of this confusion.

I see, i'll make a separate template for inventory rollback request then, and then when i'm back home i'll edit the example pictures on both of them
