Don't quite know the issue but many things don't render correctly.

Are you using a texture pack? 

If so have you tried other texture packs as maybe the one your using bugged out?

If the problem still exists with a new texture pack or your not using a texture pack i'd suggest reinstalling Skyfactory.

Rebooted pc.

Reinstalled ftb.

Tried on different pc.

No solution

Does this occur on singleplayer worlds as well? 

Or just this server? 

If it's just this server maybe something is wrong with your player dat. 

I don't know what could be causing it, maybe someone else has experienced this?

If it happened on different PC too, maybe your downloaded FTB is somehow corrupted. This is just wild guess.

Are you using cracked FTB or premium? Where from did you downloaded it? I will leave it to other staff member to advice your where from to download FTB that works for them.

Im using Cracked ftb and the issue is only on this server. Ive been using this launcher for a few weeks no problem. I saw a similar issue in SF3 Technical support [HUD Issue?].

It seems its a broken item. When i look down i sometimes see a bow?

is more a like gui broken, you use higher res monitor?

If it's only occurring on our server the only thing I can think of is to make a post in Technical Support asking for your player data to be reset. 

Maybe that will resolve your problem.

My issue was resolved but it seems multiple people have been having this issue. Comfirmed corrupted inventory.

I Fixed mine and someone else's by killing myself and destroying the block under grave so the items go to void. If I Collect items from grave glitch comes back. Can confirm it is a certain item/Items in the inventory as i grabbed a few without problem.
