I don't have any payment on buycraft for the custom prefix 1 color, I'm not sure what the proof you put in was but that's not a payment towards us as far as I can see

 

I also removed the link to your proof and hid it so only staff can see it, it looked like alot of ID numbers and possible sensative information.

The proof I gave was the paper that i printed and i paid, I don’t know why but I never get the email. What other kind of proof I can give?
