Complete loss of inventory

Description of Issue: I died while walking away from a creeper (impressive range but maybe was lag) and when i went back (/back) my stuff had already disappeared (less then 5 seconds) but the biggest problem was that also my golden bag was gone even if it's supposed to respawn in your inventory after u die. So i just lost everything i had since i was moving from my old base to a new one.
