Bag of Holding > Extra Utilities - Bugs. Beegun > CareerBees - Protection bypass. Block Breaker > IndustrialForegoing - Protection bypass. Builder (Only banned in the overworld)  > RFTools - Bugs. Celestial Manipulator > Draconic Evolution - Changing weather. Chemical Thrower > ImmersiveEngineering - Bugs. Creative Block Exchanger > Draconic Evolution - Restricted Use. Debug card > OpenComputers - Exploit. Drill Modules > StevesCarts - Dupes. Dynamite > CyclicMagic - Protection bypass. Dynamite Carrier > StevesCarts - Protection bypass. EFLN > Tinker's Construct - Protection bypass. FancyWorkbench > Bibliocraft - Dupes. Lens of Certain Death > Actually Additions - Protection bypass. Lens of the Killer > Actually Additions - Protection bypass. Little Storage Block > Little Tiles - Bug. ME (Inverted) Toggle Bus > Applied Energistics 2 - Lag.
